TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms of Sale
The rules that apply when you browse Yavqo Store, create an account, or place an order.
Last updated: 29 August 20261. Scope and seller
These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made by consumers through Yavqo Store. “Yavqo”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the business identified in the Legal Notice. Your statutory consumer rights always apply and are not limited by these terms.
2. Products and availability
We aim to describe products, compatibility, colors, and images accurately. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Products remain subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for that item.
3. Prices and payment
Prices shown at checkout are the prices that apply to your order and include applicable VAT where required, unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you place the order.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by country or transaction.
4. Placing an order
Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. By selecting the final payment or order button, you submit a binding offer to buy the items shown in your checkout summary. A purchase contract is formed when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, depending on the wording of that message.
We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, or delivery restrictions. If payment was already collected, it will be refunded.
5. Sandbox and test orders
When checkout is clearly marked as sandbox, test, or demonstration mode, the transaction is a simulation. Test orders do not create a purchase contract, no real payment is collected, and no goods are dispatched.
6. Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout or in the Shipping Policy. Unless you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer, risk of loss remains with us until you or a person designated by you receives the goods.
7. Withdrawal and returns
Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Yavqo also offers a 30-day return period under the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. The voluntary policy does not replace or reduce statutory rights.
8. Faulty goods and legal guarantee
Goods must conform to the contract. EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for faulty goods. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair or replacement without charge, a price reduction, or termination and refund. Any commercial warranty is additional to this legal guarantee.
9. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for information submitted through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Store, customers, or payment systems.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, product liability, or mandatory consumer protections. For minor negligence, liability is limited as permitted by law to foreseeable damage arising from breach of an essential contractual duty.
11. Governing law and disputes
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, while preserving mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Consumers may bring claims in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable law. We prefer to resolve concerns directly first using the contact details in the Legal Notice.
12. Creator codes
A valid creator code attributes the paid product subtotal of an order to the identified creator at no additional cost to the customer. Unless a different rate is clearly shown before payment, the creator accrues a commission equal to 10% of that subtotal; shipping and taxes are excluded.
Codes may be deactivated to prevent future use. A commission is recorded only after payment is confirmed. Unpaid commission is voided if the associated order is cancelled or refunded. The creator relationship and any manual settlement are separate from the customer’s purchase contract and do not reduce the customer’s statutory rights.
