DELIVERY
Shipping Policy
Where we ship, how delivery estimates work, and what to do if a parcel is delayed or damaged.
Last updated: 29 August 2026Delivery destinations
Available delivery countries and regions are shown during checkout. If checkout does not accept a destination, we cannot currently ship there. We do not ship to an address where delivery is prohibited by law or carrier restrictions.
Shipping cost
Yavqo standard delivery is free unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Any available faster delivery option and its additional cost will be shown before you place the order.
Processing and delivery estimates
In-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. The estimated delivery window is shown at checkout or in your dispatch message. Estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Under EU consumer rules, if no other delivery time is agreed, goods must generally be delivered within 30 days after the contract is concluded. If delivery is late, you may set an appropriate additional deadline and, if delivery still does not occur, cancel as provided by law.
Tracking and split shipments
When tracking is available, we will provide it after dispatch. Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels. You will not be charged extra when we choose to split a shipment.
Address changes
Review the delivery address carefully before payment. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing. If a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you about redelivery or refund options and may deduct costs where legally permitted.
Risk, loss, and damage
Unless you arrange an independent carrier that we did not offer, Yavqo remains responsible for the goods until they are physically received by you or a person you designated. If a parcel is lost, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact us promptly with the order number and photos where helpful. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law.
Customs and import charges
For destinations where duties or import taxes are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for those charges. Any such responsibility will be disclosed before ordering where required. Cross-border availability may be limited.
